Responsibilities
Assess how workplace and collaboration resources are currently used and build an efficiency measurement framework;
Produce diagnostic reports, drive cross-functional process improvements and deliver cost-reduction and efficiency programmes;
Codify methodologies and tool templates that help business teams keep improving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement or management consulting;
Strong data analysis and structured communication skills;
Excellent cross-functional communication and project delivery ability.
