Responsibilities
Build and maintain the business metrics framework and visualisation dashboards;
Run focused analyses on capacity, quality and cost, and propose improvements;
Partner with product and operations teams to put data-driven decisions into practice.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field;
Proficient in SQL and at least one data analysis or visualisation tool;
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
